A thousand eyes flash in iridescence The spectacle always deflecting people's focus. See me, But don't Look. I am a thousand stunning walls. Impenetrable. Desperate to be known.
Thanks. You know, it just struck me - this looks like I've written it about myself, since it uses the first person. But it was inspired by a few people I've met in my life and as a result of some current totem work. I suppose it suits everyone in some ways, though.
It may also represent part of the 30 pounds I've lost over the past few months. Maybe those pounds were a few of my walls?
Thanks:>) I've been fascinated by peacocks lately. Ted Andrews' descriptions informed me about the birds. But it was a fascinating conversation over coffee that inspired some of what I wrote. (Well, what I received, I guess. It just fell out and didn't take much restructuring.)
That's because this one isn't over 5 years old, I guess. LOL! This needs a Lorna credit. I went in one day and she thought I looked good and wanted to take a picture. Must be why I love her so much - LOL!!!!

Wow. The images this conjures... not at all what I think of when I picture peacocks. Very cool.
