"Repo Men," once called "Repossession Mambo," has actually been around for a while. Even at the early screenings in Texas, fans were asking Terrance and Darren their thoughts on it. The difference is, Universal's movie is only now getting media attention. It's been held back for a good while, as well as having the name changed, because Universal was waiting for the hype around "Repo! The Genetic Opera" to go down. Well, it hasn't died down - just the opposite. Almost anything that goes online about it has Repo fans popping up and derailing the conversation. It feels like the early days, when we thought we'd only get a DVD release and fought tooth-and-nail to get it in as many theaters as possible. It's thrilling and scary and a joy to be a part of it.
I'm always up for a protest/flash mob! Anyone else?

I'm all for protesting ^_^ I'll bring my own picket sign and everything! :D

Can we get militant? Can we sew DVD cases together on the shelves so they're useless?

Can we get Jude Law drunk, shave him, dress him up as Amber Sweet and duct tape him to lamp post in a conspicuous place?

OOOOOOOOOOOH, Can we Repo up and crash all the premieres and then when it isn't Repo the opera as "we were told it was" can we leave in an outrage?

I think those would be wonderful ideas. And I have plenty more. ^.^

I quite like that last one ^_^ And that second one would be fun, but I think we'd get arrested for that.
