The back door opens and Mary Anne heads outside. Her body language indicates she's walking this fast because running would draw questions.
Gradually, her steps slow, then stop. She tips her head back, inhaling the night air and visibly relaxing. As comforting as they'd been at first, the walls were getting to her.
She isn't aware of anyone else out here.

A few shuffle their way into his eyeline and will find themselves immediately skewered through by arrows.
He doesn't look back towards the bar in the distance, so he didn't see her come out. But he's been checking periodically so it's only a matter of time.

She watches the stars and the water alternately, remembering what it was like to fly and wondering if the Master Shark is turning circles in the lake's depths.

There's only a momentary hesitation. And then an arrow is nocced and shot in one fluid motion, to bury itself in the ground about six inches in front of her feet.
