Mine are mostly places that no one else checks into, but I am only 2 days away from being the Mayor of the Kroger (grocery store) that we go to every week. I was the Mayor once or twice last year, and it's taken me 50 check-ins to get this close again. I've been close to being the Mayor of Trader Joe's a couple of times, but I think some hippies have beat me to it again. I was the Mayor of a Deli inside The Venetian Las Vegas for almost a full year with only like 3 or 4 check-ins (I loved their cheap breakfast).

Boring pool cleaning equipment. I went there a few times by my mom last year when she bought stuff for her pool. I figured I would capitalize on the experience and become mayor of the place. I haven't been there in at least a year.
