Hey, look! I made an icon!

I was watching an old cheesy Batman movie, and he said this. I thought it needed to be an icon.
I don't really like the middle and last frames as I think the text looks hokey, so I'll probably remake the icon at some point when I make my animation skillz more 1337.

If it's any help, the middle and last frames look fine to me.

I learned in economics the other day that recording a movie or TV show is only legal if you watch it once and then erase it. How they enforce that law I have no idea...I think we still have the premier of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine from around 1993 and the Copyright Cops haven't come breaking down our door yer...

If that is the case, we own several highly illegal DVDs. Supposedly, if your standard shift car is in neutral and in motion on a road, you are traveling illegally. Doesn't stop me.

Why do they make laws that are impossible to enforce or keep?

To my way of thinking, a law that is unenforcable/unkeepable (not sure if either of those are words) is not a law at all.
