Oddly, I don't remember any real problems with obnoxious hecklers at the CAS or the one time (two times?) I visited Rose. Perhaps I'm just blocking those memories because of nostalgia for the old days when I was at a real college.

Remind me not to give you the power to make your own budget for your weapons development program. I'm hoping that we won't be facing too many badass heroes (possibly vampiric) with really good reflexes.
