An update to this: I only ended up asking two illustrators, and neither one has replied to my emails so far as I see. However, I have excuses for using them anyway: Ms. Hayashiya 's stuff that I've used is all from commercial sites, and Ms.? Maitake doesn't follow the O FP as far as I know.
