The problem with using the store-bought DVD (as arifyn suggested) is that I still have to download the patches from the last three years. Fortunately, that only takes 1% of the time downloading the whole thing would have taken.
Edit (2008.05.17): Fixed spelling to what appears to be most official-although, for some reason, things are mostly spelled in Roman letters.
