ghostbusters: afterlife

saw this recently, it was kind of meh.

according to tv tropes it's called ghostbusters: legacy in japan, or somewhere, and i think that's a better title.

I did watch this and quite enjoyed it. Better than I hoped.

Movies (and occasionally TV series) will sometimes do that weird thing where they want to be set in the summer, but they also want something school-related for the younger characters...

I agree with you overall that this latest film made some odd choices for the franchise.
