It continues to amaze me how mellow I am getting. Yes, me..mellow. I made a conscious decision not to let so much bother me or mess with my mind and it's been working. I look around and see things that used to make me scream and yell and write nasty thing but now I ponder a while, maybe rant to a friend..and then let it go. Kinda nice
