That was absolutely horrifying and heartwrenching. In a very tragically beautiful way. The people who are doing it to him - him hearing them - having no idea what's going to happen and me knowing what they'll to him it's just terrifying, absolutely bone-chilling.

I LOVE that last line. And those dreams, aghhsdkjfhdjskh!

This was absolutley phenomenal, the emotion, the dread, the chill factor, wow! wow! wow! I am so moved by this story - you never got the sense of how terrible what happened to Peeta was because you weren't SEEING it, but this, wow. Just, wow. I'm speechless. This was absolutely phenomenal!

That's amazing, really. I love how the images transform in Peeta's delirium. Flour into flower into dandelion; grain of flour into grain of pearl, like a kaleoidoscope. And everything centring around Katniss.

This story is everything I love about Peeta, and it makes me want to cry, but it also feels so good to see both his suffering and his strength given its due. Thank you for that.

oh my gosh.
so i almost didn't look at this because the email notification just said 2 fanfics..i wasn't sure who they were. but i'm glad i checked, and that i read this.
oh my gosh.
the last part, when Peeta wakes up and then is showed the pic of Katniss..it killed me. what sad part. :( great great part
