Thanks, I'm glad you like! The original plotbunny was actually something like "10-year-old Valgaav is forced to babysit Martina/Zangulus's son/daughter and Lina/Gourry's son/daughter, who can't seem to get along at all."

*Laughs* It morphed into this because I came up with Eva and liked her, but couldn't figure out what I wanted Lina and Gourry's kid to be like.

Awww, that's cute. Though it is a bit odd that they would name their daughter after Lina and then proceed to tell her that Lina is some crazy monster. LOL

Personally, I think that deep, deep down Martina kinda admires Lina (after all, she saved the world, and if it wasn't for Lina then Martina and Zangulus never would have met), but at the same time she really fricking hates her. X3
