I think I'm coming down with a sic, and this one seems like it's going to be a good one. Physically, I've been feeling a bit off, I've been tossing, turning, and waking up more during sleep, lately. now i will give you advice. =) take care of yourself and make sure to get enough sleep and VC and all that. i hope your sleep gets better, nightmares and panic attacks are really shitty.

Remember to take Zinc, Echinacea, and Vitamin C. And have plenty of fluids and rest. Not sure what will help with the sleep though. :/

What will help with the sleep is not being sick. It's one of those wierd things that when I first come down with one of these 'it's going around' type bugs, I get nightmares and various other sleep problems. Once I'm either healthy or it breaks into a full-on sick, that stuff will stop.
