More importantly, Azzarello Brex!! I simply cannot resist Azzarello's version of Lex, and his Bruce is delicious, and this is all taro_twist's fault, she gave me the Brex bunny in the first place, but this.. this is just a mutant plot bunny from hell! Ahhh

Mina, you seem to have a disconnected relationship with your S/B muse. You seem to so enjoy writing other things that I'm beginning to suspect that you're not really a S/B fangirl at all... LOL

Lol, oh no, by no means! I'm a S/B fangirl to the core, I'm just... slightly prone to pairing Bruce around for fun. And Christine's bunny implied a parallel between Lex's romance with Metropolis and Bruce's romance with Gotham, and how they both can't live up to their 'romance' with them.

Of course, the bunny mutated, and now I have a 9 page long Brex fest. It was fun, though, playing with a Bruce that has no qualms doing amoral things, and not having to give this much background, just... oh well. I'll send it to you, I just finished it! I actually really liked it. I just can't pair dark Bruce with Clark, it's like, they are supposed to get it right! and dark Bruce is on a one way to disaster! oh, the angst! X)

And then, Jason Blood is simply too sexy for his own good, what am I to do. S/B fan! pinky promise!

Okay, I'll stop shouting, lol. I can't begrudge you your bunnies (especially when I seem to have had a hand in spawning them ;p). It's so nice to be inspired! I just wish I could have given you an S/B bunny. *sniff* I've never been able to get into Brex, mainly because my mind insists that both of them belong with Clark, so whenever I see Bruce and Lex together, I feel like it's just delaying their inevitable hook uppage with Supes, lol.

But who knows ... maybe the masterful Mina will win me over to another pairing. ^____^ And in any case, have fun being back in the writing groove and listening to Placebo, you who have such awesome taste in music! XD

Bruce/Lex sounds like yummy fun! And I just realized that Bruce can be paired with practically anyone, seriously is there anyone you cannot pair Bruce with?

Lol, you are asking the wrong person! I pair Bruce around like mad, leaving only the Robins as offlimits because it squicks me, but I know he can be paired around with the Robins too. My personal favorites (aside from Superman/Batman, which is my OTP... 6 days out of 7, I swear) are Jason Blood, Mr. Terrific, Lex, Ollie, Harvey and Mr. Miracle (thanks to Shae). But there's waaaay too many pairings involving Batman that intrigue me, both het and slash.

Personally, I blame Bruce's silver age hairy chest love god status. I was never able to get past it :)

I just got in a fight with my dad. I have no idea what has gotten into his head, I might be his kid, but that doesn't mean he's allowed to freaking yell at me and be a dick. So I did the teenagery hands up/leaving the room now thing, lol. But the anger! it burns us, precious!

I...hm. I thought this was the actual story. I am disappointed. Disappointed, I tell you! Well, I'm sure I'll see the real thing soon enough. You know I'm no Brex fan, but I can always feel Clark lurking around the edges of anything Brex-y (or, for that matter, anything at all) you write, so it is all good with me. :)

I'm sorry you were dissapointed! :( The Brex is... weird. I really liked the story, though, a weird blossiming of love. There's the implication of both being being in love with Clark, but Clark doesn't see them that way...
