This is aaaaall's scotchsour's fault. I had nothing to do with this, honestly, aside from providing the bunny in the first place.

This meme (and the cheery war-cry it gave me) was the catalyst for this story. I give you Aquaman/Robin III. I have a bit of a squick about young partners and much older men, but I worked my way around it… somewhat. I love

Lol, you want to know *why* are you intrigued, or *why* is Arthur with Tim?

This is all Emme's fault. She wrote Tim and Arthur encounter in the pier, when Arthur sort of seduced Tim, and then said I had to follow up. I juggled my way through this, really, and though it's kind of an awkward piece, I'm saying in my defense this is Arthur/Tim! It's crack!

I sort of outline the encounter of young-Arthur and future-Tim in a mission as background for this story, but man. My brain.

I have a thing for crazy pairings too. When the list meme made me pair up Arthur and Tim, I was intrigued too. Which is how this whole thing started...

What a wonderful addition to scotchsour's idea! This was my favorite part:

Clark looked down, a light blush in his cheeks. Arthur gave him a small wet slap to the face. “Surface dwellers are so stupid. I said it was a no brainer: You like him, he likes you, you’re together as long as you’re happy.”

“Or until I go rogue and he has to kill me, or he freaks out and throws me out, or he dies, or the world ends, or an evil alternate Aquaman from a future timeline tries to take him away from me.”

“Evil alternate Aquamen from future timelines have better judgment than that. They don’t like to be beaten to pulp by scorned boyfriends."

Lol, I'm glad you liked that bit, Tina! Obviously I felt much more comfortable by writing Arthur and Clark than by dealing with the Arthur/Tim situation. I think it reads a bit awkwardly, but I did what I could. Even my brain can pull off that much crack.

And I'm waiiiting for your stories, Tina! they are well worth waiting for, besides, you write much longer stories than I do, so I know it takes time, but the wait, it kills me!

My sense of humor, cute? Heh, I'm usually called sick or twisted, so 'cute' is an improvement! thank you!

I love the interaction between Clark and Arthur and of course Bruce being all spooky and then have mini spooky behind him wondering what he's talking about with time travel, for a second there, I thought I was in GBZ with Future Trunks coming back in the past and helping out his family. This is brillant, I knew you could do it. This is not even crack because you made this plausible, but dudette this is amazing good.

More bunnies: You know I was thinking that they somehow get on a case. Starts off with something going on in the sea and Tim finds out its near Atlantis (maybe an earthquake) and ask for help. Of course B and S get involved through either guilt or support and they go under the water and help Arthur.... You do know this is soooo your fault. :)

This was beyond my scope! Writing is was hard, and it's all your fault! And lol, I guess if Trunks had gotten involved with Gohan somehow and then grew up and fell for young Trunks... lol, of course this is crack! even if it's plausible, it's crack. I'm blaming you!

And shush with the bunnies! I'm already thinking of writing the young!Arthur and future!Tim encounter, that is just too wrong. Too wrong. This is not my fault anymore!! You're feeding the bunny with your own hand :P
