Jul 11, 2006 15:48

I wrote this last week, and T did the beta. I have a couple of stories that I should post but haven't re-read to give myself some distance and figure out if they make sense or not. I've had this idea in my head since I started on the challenge. This finally took shape while talking to comicastaway about groups and how people who are not from Gotham don’t really ( Read more... )

*hahahaha* This is awesome. Very Cat Tales - and I meant it as strong praise.

Ohhh, I take it as high prise indeed! The Cat-Tales rogues are my adoration. That's the Iceberg I want to see in comics *sigh* I'm glad you enjoyed it. I have no idea how you pulled almost the whole challenge in a week...

This was great! Loved it, loved it.

the clown gave him what was supposed to be a reassuring smile, and Winslow took a step back.

Your Joker voice is so spot-on, I can hear Mark Hamill perfectly. "Dollface," ROTFL. And I adore the idea that everyone in Gotham knows how this hierarchy works and where they stand in it.

I wish Batman had been conscious for this; he would have gotten some grim pleasure from it.

Oh, and I forgot to mention...having actually studied groupthink in organizational communication, I can say this is actually an excellent example of it. :)

Wee! That's great! I really don't have a very firm grasp of many of the prompts. I've read up on Halo, and I still don't get it. The rogues hierarchy is very important! what if you plan a convoluted plan, and you get upstaged by, I dunno, Clue Master because he started his stunt earlier? Oh no, big rogues have seniority, and they need their Bat-time. I'm really glad the Joker's voice was ok! The only line I didn't fully like was his last one, but I couldn't word it right. Wee! I'm happy this worked. 4 down, 26 to go -.-

Batman would have been amused, but it's one of those things that is kind of sad for him. Without him, most of the crazies wouldn't have a purpose. So, having a Batman that reduces petty crime and organized crime involves having a rise on crazy crime. Bruce can't be happy about it.

Mina, I wanted to say publicly that I thought you did a great job with this one in particular. It's very hard to do so many villains at once and keep them all in charcater. Kudos.

Thanks a lot T! You're a doll for helping and commenting :) Keeping the rogues in character isn't that hard when I know them well, but some of them are... obscure at best. Me and Szasz have like zero knowledge of each other...

Lol, maybe both are equally disturbing? The rogues are great fun. And they need Batman... killing him serves no purpose. Writing Joker is haaaard!

I'm... glad you liked? Lol
