I saw a commercial for it the other day and thought "Oh hey a new sci-fi show..." and my excitement lasted all of five seconds until they showed some random smutty thing or other and I realized "Oh, it's going to be one of those kind of BS things. Never mind." I prefer plot to pointless smut, thanks.

There's so much they could do with a good science-fiction plot, but instead they have to make it all about intergalactic "who's doing who." Like we haven't seen over 9000 shows about the same thing before, this one just has the space thing thrown in for effect.

I guess I'll just chalk this up to another TV show I won't be making any effort to watch.

I think I know which promo you're talking about - I remember it, too, and winced when I saw it. Smut as an extension of story? I'm okay with that. Story as an excuse for smut? No thanks ( ... )
