Oh, this is lovely. Just lovely. Thank you for posting it. This part is perfection:He was looking at her like she was the last drop of water in a desert. A selfish part of her reveled in that look, in that feeling of being so wanted. Jim used to look at me that way, like he couldn’t get enough of me. So when Roy started with the small talk, she let him go on, and when he asked her to dance it was a relief, that someone was doing something, even if it was the wrong person at the right time. She made him take her outside where no one would see them, like he was her secret shame.

Yes, it really does. The Office has just been blowing me away this season. This funky little half hour sitcom gives more (and better) drama than most of the one hour dramas I watch. I love the new icon you totally didn't just add, too. It sort of sums up the whole story to date, in one shot.
