Does the song have anything to do with you? Dunno. I'll have to think on this.
I'm also having problems walking. The day before yesterday was Legs on the workout schedule. The calves are okay, but everything else below the waist is aching. Having to walk around in body armor doesn't help, I wonder if my legs are gonna give out on my next step. I think I'll keep my runs light for the next couple days.
What sort of workouts do you do? I generally exercise twice a day. Runs and calisthenics in the mornings and weights in the evenings. I'm following this 12 week schedule my platoon sergeant has made. It makes me sore so it must be good.

I only exercise several times a week, in a different form each time. Monday the personal trainer comes. Exercises vary, but it's usually planks, lunges, bench press, and several types of squats. sometimes pull-ups. there are 3 of us, and typically we rotate between 3 or 4 exercises, then do another set of 3 or 4 exercises.
Wednesday I try to go to the gym and just do light work on the elliptical, and then play around with the free weights.
Thursday is 2 hours of DDR.
Saturday is the same as wednesday.
I need to work out more, or at the least, set up a stricter regimen.
