Recently, it seems that there has been cases filed against Twitter users that have JE icons. I have read so far Kame, Jin, and Ohno icons have been taken down with messages sent to the user saying:

i don't think so. JE knows about Lj but i think the only action they ever took was deleting a subbing community a few years ago? but i guess only time can tell :T it would be really sad if lj was next ;__;

It would be awesome, though, if JE guys started tweeting. *.* I'd happily give up Arashi icons to follow their tweets. (even though I don't tweet myself. XD)
