Midnight Meeting

Summary: Ryo sneaks into a uni students apartment.
Raiting: this is pretty sound but if there is more... probably won't be so safe.

Warning: there isn't really anything remotely homosexual in this yet... but i don't know if there will be more

Note: Okay, so I just had to write something... ANYTHING... so I was going through my book of plot ideas and random shit that I have written and found this, thought that I would change the character names and eureka (however the hell you spell it) here we are! So, it's pretty obviously AU and, I reckon, Ryo is a mass rapist or something that does creepy things like this...
Ryo enters the window of the small apartment, it wasn't his fault that the idiot left the window open wide enough for anyone with abseiling equipment and ability to break into it. Either way, the apartment was even smaller than he had expected; he seems to be in the living room where there was a small coffee table in front of a sofa, all of it covered in open (or closed) text books. The light that crawled in through the window falls upon a few of the books and all of them seem to have 'Law' written on the, but his attention to the apartment dwindles as he hears rustling in another room - no doubt it was his soon-to-be victim turning in his bed.
Ryo slowly creeps to the door and opens it as he makes his way towards the bed to straddle his victim only to find that he was straddling pillows. Realisation dawns on him and he turns swiftly to see a guy in tartan pyjamas crawling to the door. Having been caught, he jumps up and runs to the door but was too slow as Ryo got there first and slammed the door shut, locking it with the key that was in the key hole and putting the key in his back pocket.
He then swiftly forced the slightly taller man to the floor with said victim struggling, grimacing, whimpering and staring, clearly too terrified to say anything at all. Ryo holds both arms down above his head with a single hand as he brings the other to his lips in a hushing motion. He brings this hand down to the victim’s lips, silently warning him to be quiet.
He does so and Ryo lets go of his wrists, getting off him to inspect the room. The victim starts crawling towards the door trying to writhe away. Ryo holds out a warning finger as he approaches him and squats beside him. A smirk graces his lips as he sees fear in those deep brown eyes as the victim comes to a stop and instead massages his wrists and watches his attacker.
Ryo ‘hn’s as he slowly turns around to take in the appearance of the room; there were more text books scattered around the small bed with a temporary wardrobe in the corner and clothes neatly folded over a spare chair. He decides to go to the bed first, throwing the covers off and feeling around for any lumps that could be money under or inside the mattress. Then he goes to the chair where he sees a pair of trousers and he checks every pocket before throwing it back.
He starts looking for a bag or wallet, but when he sees his victim starting to get up, he kicks him back down, placing a foot on his chest to prevent him getting up again. He slowly removes the foot and walks back to the chair, sitting ith the back rest against his chest as he watches his victim sit up and lean on his arms for support. They just sat there. Ryo’s face expressionless. Completely silent.
