I was torn between Jun and Nino, but I think I'm leaning towards...Nino.

I think that the whole saying hurting things without thinking makes me really think Ninomiya Kazunari.

for me this is hard due to lack of elaboration on the answers. So I will do the best I can, a lot of what I read here screams Ninomiya Kazunari. For example, saying hurtful things without thinking, insensitivity (I am thinking like what he does in several of his ni no arashi pranks), impulsivity, bad temper (it seems right to me), and the hobbies kinda screamed it to me.
