Nothing was said about subtitles in either of the emails, so if they are doing them it hasn't been announced yet.

If it's really a live screening as the emails mention (i.e. simultaneous to the Waku Waku Gakkou in Tokyo), most likely there will just be a translator for the Shanghai and Singapore screenings.
