NOT VERY GOOD NEWS: Prosecutors get papers on boy band Arashi member over car accident

Police have sent papers to prosecutors on a member of the popular boy band Arashi for allegedly hitting a bicycle and injuring a woman while driving a car in Tokyo's Meguro Ward in June, police said Friday.

Ninomiya Kazunari, popular idol group Arashi's member, collided with a bicycle while driving and caused injury to the female cyclist. The Nakameguro Police Department send its report to the Public Prosecutor's Office under the suspicion of negligent driving causing bodily injury.

The suspected charge was that while driving along an intersection of the Meguro ward around noon on 4 June, he collided with a female cyclist in her 30s, causing light injuries to her leg.

According to the police department, Ninomiya had admitted to the suspicion and also to the fact that he did not pay attention to the front.

As for Arashi, another member, with the succession of accidents in the likes of that in February, where member Matsumoto Jun collided into a vehicle from the back, their management company, Johnnys Entertainment, had passed a ban on driving for all 5 members within the year.

note: the woman wasn't the one who sent in papers to the prosecutor's office, but the police dept itself, she doesn't deserve the blame and hate
