I remember we took a long time recording it. It was somewhat difficult, we took 3 hours

The first song during our transfer to J Storm, it has the mixture of rap and melody, for Arashi this was also a song with a new feeling

The package was like a “bu bu cushion.” It was fresh and the jacket was cute. It was 500yen (laugh)
It’s definitely “Kisarazu Cat’s Eye.” For 5 years, it was used for the dramas and the movie as the theme song. Even though it wasn’t me who wrote it, it was a song that was all rap. The first song with J Storm. My thoughts about this song is strong. It hypes up concerts

I like this song too. I feel touched. The lyrics of “owatta hazu no yume ga mada orera no senaka ni semaru,” when we first sang this during the Asia Tour it came to my heart suddenly. It goes straight to my heart from the beginning, actually

We shot this together with the PV for “Hitomi~” I remember it took about 3 hours at night
Athens Olympics and “24 Hour TV,” the image of “anata no yume wa minna no yume” (your dream is everyone’s dream) is strong

I think it’s a song with a really cool sound. The loose lyrics had a sense of balance
It’s the song when I went to America for the filming of “Letters from Iwojima.” I was shocked to see the 4 of them singing this at “The Shounen Club Premium” (laugh)
The costume we often wore was shocking pink suits. If it’s alone, it’s embarrassing so it’s no good but if there’s 5 of us, it’s still fine. No matter where we go we really stand out (laugh)
The image of Hirai Ken. Also, I remember being told by lots of people that “This song is good”

This PV was very youth-like, it had the feeling of a student’s life
Suga Shikao’s song, it’s a song where it spreads when sung at Kokuritsu or outdoors under the wide blue sky. A song where the image is stronger when it’s heard outdoors I guess
This also reminds me of America. The image of it being sent to me through the computer when it’s done
It was a PV with a story. Because it’s the theme song for the “Honey and Clover” movie, I feel that it’s somewhat Sho-kun’s song
It’s “Hachikuro.” The lyrics are from Takemoto-kun’s world, so when I listen to this I return to Takemoto-kun. Last year, when we sang this at Kokuritsu, it was the most impactful. It matches the atmosphere of Kokuritsu perfectly. Singing it, it felt really good (laugh)

This is “Hana Yori Dango” right? Compared to “WISH” the impression of this is stronger. The car that we shot with for the jacket, I wanted it (laugh)
I like it, this song. I really think it’s a famous song. The parts of “WOW WOW♪” and “YEAH YEAH ♪” are superb. If you say “WOW WOW,” “YEAH YEAH” comes to you (laugh). It’s a song I like to the point of it being #1 or #2.

It was like Western music, it was fresh
The image of our first dome concert. When we sang this for the first time in the dome, I was totally in to the rap that I wrote myself.

The PV was memorable. Somehow it seems fun. Actually, it was fun
”Yamada Taro Monogatari.” Before it was done we had to film the opening air guitar scene, so I listened to the song only
”Yamada Taro” in which I appeared as a guest (laugh)
We did air guitar for “Yamada Taro.” A song that is really energetic. I really like the “Yeah Yeah Yeah ♪” part. It hypes up a concert, it also hypes up the atmosphere during karaoke sessions (laugh)

We started work with only the recording of this song, but our tension rose
New Year’s. We started work with this. There was no filming for PV, it’s like, we want to rest a little more (laugh)
During our individual work it keeps on playing, it’s that kind of image
I like this too. This song was a little odd, though everyone likes it (laugh). I like the moment where we put our hands on top of each others’ and start singing (at the beginning) the best. It was like, “Let’s go!” and “Comrades!”

It reminds me of the 5-dome concert from last year. We sang this at the end. A refreshing image. After that, the water fountains at Kokuritsu as well

The PV filming took a lot of time. The filming space had an imaginary feeling, it was hot. In one day it was tough because we filmed 2 songs, along with “Kaze no Mukou E”
The drama “Maou” (laugh). I am reminded of being scolded for cutting my hair in the midst of filming, and being scolded for getting sunburnt (laugh). The song is totally different from our songs so far. When I first heard it I thought it was a L’arc en Ciel song (laugh). I was touched to have the orchestra with us during the PV
This is also said to be cool by many people. The choreography was difficult~ I can't forget the cheers from the audience when we sang this with the fire effects at Kokuritsu. I had goosebumps from hearing the cheers

It’s an au-like song. Automatically it’s that kind of image. It’s well-made
Just like the commercial, the image of waking with the alarm is strong. The feeling of “my sleeping and waking time.” Watching the commercial, I thought, “I’m like that, huh” (laugh)
