Watching W on the final farewell and have decided he looks even more like a cartoon character than before.  Also, noticed all the people the camera just panned to are African American.....coincidence?  I think not.

There will be many empty desks tomorrow.....(not mine, thank god)....so even if you hate your job, be glad you have one.  Many people do not.

Get focused and get rid of those extra pounds.  I was doing so well, and then, while I haven't gained (much) I've reached the dreaded plateau and can't get past it.  In order to do this I have to come up with an exercise plan that I will stick with.  And there's the rub, I SUCK at exercising, I hate it and just generally don't do it.  So, any ideas ( Read more... )
