3. You know, when I read that I went "How brilliant! That's how you keep people from talking on cell phones while driving, or falling asleep at the wheel! You make it HAZARDOUS!" Of course, then no one would want to drive any more and people would stop buying personal vehicles and cab drivers would have to be certified or something and then the gates of Hell would open and the apocalypse would begin.

And it all started in Brighton! :D
