Oh, I become spammy when I'm procrastinating. :)  I just spent an hour looking around on LJ for musicals icons.  I found some for "Pirate Queen" which was awesome (Stephanie J. Block for the win!), but now I really want some "Music Man" icons...and I can't find any.  I found some quote/text ones, but I like pictures....*whine whine whine*  I wonder

If you can find any pictures for Music Man I could make some icons for you. :)

I have some RS icons that I made forever ago ( here and here) or I could make some for you if you have something particular in mind.

Oh, you're so nice to offer! I actually screen-capped some scenes from the Music Man, to try and make some icons, but I wasn't doing so hot (I'm not great at the whole graphic design thing--see icon for this comment as exhibit A). Anyways, I uploaded a bunch here: http://pics.livejournal.com/araminta18/gallery/0000r8y0 if you have time and would like to try and make some. :) If not, don't worry about it. :)

And yea for RS icons! Will definitely steele a bunch--I'll probably comment on those posts, actually. :)

Nah, nothing in particular in mind. If inspiration strikes you, so much the better. If not, don't worry about it--I rather had fun capping the scenes and trying to make my own icons. :)

I never knew you were such a fan of Music Man, I love it too in fact I just put it into my newest RS story. You will have to comment with one of your new icons when it is posted. I tried to post in relation to this a few days ago but I was on dial up and I guess it didn't work :).

I go in spurts, but I always come back to it in the end. I identify waaaay too much with Marion--I wanted to be a librarian for the longest time because of her. And without that, I'd never have figured out that I wanted to be an archivist. But yea! Music Man love! And it's in your story? Happiness! :)

Just a little bit. :P Robert Preston is awesome--and so is Shirley Jones and Hermione Gringold. Seriously, if you have any extra time, you should watch it. It's wonderful. :)

The remake is great(love Kristin's song "My White Knight") but somehow I like the original better. Robert Preston is fantastic. If you watch it, let me know what you think. :D
