the one to play kou should be changed, masahiro higashide looks too old and i don't think he suits the role. they should get someone younger and slimmer to play kou. just my opinion though._>

I stopped reading the manga pretty early, but would watch a live action. Just... all of these actors seem completely wrong for their roles.
