Yay for Canada. I'm so happy about us helping out. Actually, I'm just happy in general so many countries reacted the way they did. Countries need each other in order to be countries.

is wikipedia a reliable source though? Anyone can go in there and change it. Not saying of course that South Korea wasn't first cause I'm sure they were since they are close to the country in distance.
