Yup, even if you didn't count Sayumi the average age would go from 16.3 to 15.4. There's only three 14-year-olds in Momusu and they are the youngest.

And yeah, even Johnnys are preparing for the 2020 Olympics and plan to make a massive super group with just about all their members, or something like that as far as I can tell from the Shounen Club episodes.
