I'm still on her side because of all she's been through and her problems with that Matsuura pig...
But also, knowing she's been through a lot of hardships, I think she should have been more careful with her words. They sound ill intended to say the least

I think she just said what lots of people were thinking :) It might be a little insensitive but we all know PAIN and TORTURE make wonderful songs!

The media just wants to see her fall again but it will not happen!

But she was the one who brought it in herself by bringing herself and her general situation into it. So I do think it is fair that people are criticizing for making that comment and trying to equate her past to someone's mother commiting suicide.

Oh my goodness, I hope that was just "I hope you can take these feelings and find an outlet in songwriting" packaged in a very bad way. Because otherwise she's just wanting to attract attention to herself.
