Well… sure. If you wanna crossdress, then crossdress. And if you don't like it, then stay away from it.
But you know, all that stuff about 'being who you want' and stuff is just an excuse. You can be yourself without dressing up as a girl. This really is just cosplay.

I think you misinterpreted the line, it's not that because they have innate feminine characteristics that must dress like girls.
