I don't think this is Johnny's new mechanism to make their idols looks good -- it's been done by Yamapi and Shige in the past for Meiji and Aoyama, respectively -- I think it's just JE being more supportive of the kids who want to pursue education while being an idol, and the universities trying to use that to their advantage. (Trust Cyzo and their distastefully worded articles.)

That said, I'm proud of any person in J-Ent who decides to continue studying even while having a job in the industry.
