Kuu's range is artifically extended, the maker is using octave down bass lines that she can't actually hit.

Even without that though, Kuu's got about five notes on Jasmine, she can go 2 notes higher and 3 notes lower.

For my uneducated self to make sense of this, I would need a shortest to longest list.

Here, I worked it out.

Koda Kumi 5 octaves *Artificially extended, the first low note she actually hits is a C3, which would give her 3 octaves 3 notes
Crystal Kay 4 octaves 4 notes *Artificially extended, first note she actually hits is a D3, which gives her 3 octaves 2 notes
Ringo Shiina 4 octaves 1 note
Namie Amuro 3 octaves 7 notes *Artificially extended, lowest is D3, giving her 2 octaves 4 notes
alan 3 octaves 7 notes
Misia 3 octaves 4 notes
Beni 3 octaves 3 notes
Bonnie Pink 3 octaves 3 notes
~Koda Kumi should be here~
~Crystal Kay should be here~
Miho Fukuhara 3 octaves 1 note
Ayaka 2 octaves 6 notes
Jasmine 2 octaves 6 notes
Angela Aki 2 octaves 5 notes
~Namie Amuro should be here~
Ayu 2 octaves 3 notes
