I'd pay more attention to him if he did more serious roles like he did with Maou. Kaibutsu-kun and Uta no Onii-san did not help. I'm looking forward to Kagiheya the most tho.

yes but kai-kun is his most famous role until now and the most hard (in my opinion) at least at the start because ohno said himself that after a while it was realy easy and natural to play it...is amazing that someone in his age could play a so odd role...
but yes more serious roles like maou clearly can attract more attention at the acting skills....
