Having connections with Yakuza is not a good thing in Japan, especially now with laws to crack down. As an entertainer, if you have connections, you cannot survive on... Look at Shimada Shinsuke. He's a very popular host but because of such connections, he has to quit the industry. Even if it's just a rumor, it can cause detrimental damages to one's career. Common sense to know why she's so bothered.
