TBS recently announced on its official twitter that the late night variety show starring V6, "Mission V6", will end this month on the 27th. It will be replaced with a new program in its timeslot starting in October.
"Mission V6" has been on the air since fall of last year. It was preceded by "Shinchishiki Kaikyuu Kumagusu" which followed "Gakkou e Ikou!" which had started airing in 1997. As of yet a new show has not been announced for V6.
Fans of the show have made a petition in hopes of keeping the program on air.
