My mom has the same illness. It's really sad. :( I hope she will be able to conceive in spite of this. The world needs some Aya Tachibana babies.

=( I hope she caught it in time. It's quite brave of her to bring this to light; I don't know about this illness in particular, but I think people are more likely to get themselves checked out when they know someone else has a similar or same illness. Take care of yourself, Ayaya!

unless she wants to have kids now, she could start taking the pill in the long run (like, only one pause in 3 months)

Just hope she get accurate treatment, I'm fed up enough with my regular period and the usual pains. Endometriosis-pain is another league...

This. She could trying taking BC and then just drop it for when she`s ready to try to conceive kids. Having the same condition, my mom did that and she was able to have 2 kids just fine.

But, she may be against taking BC. Japanese are kind of weird about taking The Pill and I don`t know how big of an influence the stigma of taking it is.
