Goto Maki fundraised 341,534 yens for the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami and donated it to the Red Cross, just like several other Avex artists have done during the past weeks.

Maki is pretty much always pretty, don't get me wrong, but I will never understand why people think those glasses are attractive.

and they aren't even glasses, no lenses if you notice. And Maki wears contacts so yes it's stupid that tons of girls in Japan are doing just like her and wearing contacts to correct their vision then wearing glasses with no lenses for style.

Maki's so good, she can wear basically any style and make it work imo. I hope she attains some kind of success eventually, even if releasing mini-albums like LOVE isn't really going to get her there...
