so basically--i loved everything about this, especially your incorporation of the Roman practice of Saturnalia. it does seem like something Gondor might do, and Aragorn's tribute to Faramir at the end just made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

Gondor always did remind me of Rome, so I have ended up using all my Roman classes for fanfiction purposes, funnily enough. :)

Everything's fine now,thanks but my cat Leo (the one in my Christmas post)was very ill the day I posted the comment. He is back now to his usual bouncy self and I'm much happier,as is he.
