I love Andrew's lack of filter so much even though I'm pretty sure I'm going to actually have some sort of attack as a result at some point. Really though he has ALL THE FEELINGS.

I kind of want to? But I feel so intimated by the lack of actual canon? It's just so new, you know, and when I write fanfic I want to know everything about the canon and all the little details, and those just don't exist for RPF. But I'll probably end up throwing my fears out the window and writing in a fever one night. So keep your eyes open.

LIKE MUSIC TO MY EARS. I understand what you mean about lack of canon. I mean, I'm an obsessive person anyway so I know tons of trivia about this lot and that is my RPF foundation, but other than that I tend to just make crap up and involve former costars, which is part of the reason I love RPF so much? Especially on our corner of the internet because it's like this meld of fic and original stuff in that it's predominantly original only with these shared 'people'. I have lots of RPF thoughts apparently. KEEPING MY EYES PEELED LAUREN. I WILL HOLD YOU TO THIS.

Yeah, often I read it and I think, "This is really just original fic where they've cast these certain actors," and that's cool. It just feels so foreign to me. But! I do really love what you say about it being a meld and the shared people--I feel like someone could write a really awesome paper on this....

It is a different way of approaching fic for sure. As I said, our corner of the internet has its own ~shared canon~ if you will about certain European actors which is why I love my flist so much. Oh god, so many papers should be written on how this operates.
