today, i sauteed
today i learned how to sautee, how to make tomato sauce from scratch, and how to make a traditional italian flavour base better known as a "soffritto," all for the very first time!
i feel startlingly accomplished! and well fed.

ps: guys guys what are we doing for new years? i'll bring parmagiano chips!
