Thanks for the great recap. So many wonderful memories. This episode was really great. I also liked that in the scene where Damon handed Elena the device their hands just touched for a second to long, Damon basically caressing her hand in the act. And Stefan saw it. I think that small touch was very intimate in a way and beautifully highlights Damon's growing tender feelings for Elena even further.

This was really a fabulous episode. It's in my top 5 of this season, and still one of my favorites.

That line from Damon might still be my favorite in the series EVAR!
