Amazing update. I wasn't surprised that Stefan made a move on Caroline, she was just unlucky to get caught up in his messy emotions over Elena. Now Stefan and Rebekah can commiserate together. I do love that Damon is opening up so much to Elena and sharing so many hidden parts of himself with her. I can't wait to see them connect sexually again.

I'm glad you weren't surprised about Stefan/Caroline or Stefan/Rebekah, I tried to build up to both those moments.

I wanted to really show that all had happened with Damon and Elena in the first half (that was so awful) really was leading up to some payoff at the end.

Sex? You expect Damon/Elena sex?!? Why would you think that?! LOL!

HAH. Considering my note on the last chapter....PERFECT!

I'm fairly certain this fic is just about giving me a taste of every ship I ever wanted. I enjoy this. Stefan kissing Caroline. Perfect. Caroline shoving him away. Perfect. Rebekah showing up. Perfect. Stefan and Rebekah happening. Perfect. Now all I need is some sort of reference to how Katherine always loved him best...or something so I can have all my Stefan ships at once, because I forgot to mention Klaus's dark look from the last chapter when Caroline and Stefan were dancing that I know was supposed to be about Caroline....I am choosing to think it was about both of them.

Ugh. Thoreau. Ways to make me love Damon more.....have him take a shot at transcendentalism.
