WOW!

I had no idea Anne or Hugh could sing that well. They would be awesome together in Les Miserables. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this comes true.

Hugh won a Tony on Broadway, and did a few shows in Australia (Beauty and the Beast -- he was Gaston, and Oklahoma). He has an AWESOME voice. Anne was a surprise to me. :)

That would have been a treat to see Hugh as Gaston in AUS. With a voice like his, I can hear how he won the Tony.
What beautiful and talented people they are. :)

You add a great deal of fun to my LJ experience, Jenn. I'm lucky that we crossed paths.

and I have my fingers crossed for you that your potential set trip works out ...

*hyperventilates* OMG! A Les Mis film adaptation?????? Yes, yes please let's have this! I love that musical so so much, and would very much love to have it added to my "broadway" collection; right next to Phantom of the Opera! This absolutely has to happen! The only sad thing is that I don't have any local girlfriends (or even a gay best friend) to see it with, if the dream does come true. I'll have to go On My Own (see what I did there?). lol. Unless...maybe now that my baby brother's into Glee, he might decide to go with me? *crosses fingers*

That's the only musical I actually saw on Broadway (for my hs graduation present). I was there On My Own, but it was still awesome!!!

Good luck getting your brother to go with you. I'm sure I could get my sister to come with me. I just hope it actually happens.

Do you know that Anne was supposed to do Phantom of the Opera, but scheduling conflicts got in the way? Uh huh.

Wow That's awesome news, I hope it happens.

If they do partner up for the film adaptation of Les Miserables, I make sure I never miss it.

I love both of them and would love them in Les Miz.

I always go back and forth between Les Miz and Phantom as my favorite. I've seen both, but only Phantom on Broadway. Both always give me chills, make my hair stand on end and each have songs that reduce me to a blubbering idiot ("On My Own" and "Music of the Night").

The travelling production of Les Miz is coming to our local Performing Arts Center next November and I am so excited. It's also going to be in Washington DC when I'm there in October and I'm going to try and convince mom we need to go.

Plus, I'd watch Hugh Jackman read the phone book, so Les Miz? All i can say is HELL YEAH.
