12. Your most Missed Old Fandom: Doctor Who. I am still watching it, and I adore Matt Smith, but my issues with Steven Moffat, and the departure of the Doctor/Rose aspect of the series (with Russell T Davies) basically took out the obsession aspect of it for me.

Yup. I am still into the fandom from a retrospective point of view, but I have the same issues you do. I'm hoping the next head writer (whenever that may be) will be better. I really don't see what people see in Moffat, I bought into the hype at first and kept expecting the "genius" to show up. Then it never did and I was all standing there wondering, "what are these people seeing that I don't? And why are they ragging on RTD, he was so much better than this stuff!!"

2. Your favorite Film this year: Toy Story 3. It made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me think about life and growing up, my past, present and future. Loved it.

Toy Story 3 hurt too much. Thanks for reminding me that my childhood is gone, Disney/Pixar! :p

Aww, re: Toy Story 3.

Yeah, Doctor Who, I totally get how you/re still a part of it though by doing the rewatch. If I hadn't found another fandom to obsess over (TBBT at the time), I probably would have continued to do the same thing.

I've never had a show I was this obsessed with. I mean, you don't know me that well, but I'm fiercely protective of my couples, and I tend to be angsty and venting against other aspects that negatively affect my couple. I am not liking Stefan/Elena at all this season, but I did like them last season, and I LOVE Stefan. Plus, other shows, I only have icons mostly for my couples, but this show I have icons for so many characters, and other couples, it's crazy. I just love this show SO VERY MUCH!

I had a period where I was obsessed with HP, but I was one of those silly people who liked Harry/Hermione, so yeah, didn't last that long, LOL!

ooh I know what you mean!! I'm interested in almost every character on this show, I mean I can read well written fanfics about pretty much any one of them in any given situation/ship (although I do of course have my favorites and you've probably guessed them hehe ;))

I actually thought it was going to be Harry/Hermione up until Prisoner of Azkaban and still sort of lament that it isn't :( I just don't *get* Hermione and Ron & Harry and Ginny was just too abrupt for my taste... *sighs* him and Hermione would have been epic...

Heh, I was convinced they were doing Ron/Hermione until Order of the Phoenix which was just ripe with AWESOME Harry/Hermione, and then book six shot that all to hell. I can deal with H/R, even if I don't like them, but I LOATHE Ginny/Harry SO VERY MUCH!

Oh, there will be a new show with Matthew Perry? I didn't even know that, so thanks for mentioning it. I definitely have to watch that, I love Matthew Perry.
