Oh, that's frustrating! I've been planning to upgrade to digital cable with DVR this year and comments like these make me kind of nervous about doing so. I bought a new DVD recorder/VCR unit this week and I was freaking out a little bit last night that it wouldn't record right for me, since it was the first thing I was recording. Fortunately it worked and I just got to watch it.
You really only missed one line from Kara, so at least it wasn't a lot that you missed. And a generic preview for next season. (By generic, I mean it was clips from season 2 with a voiceover talking about season 3.)
I know I'm so in the minority...Really? LOL. That makes me kind of glad I don't really play around in the BG fandom because I totally agree with everything you said. I really liked Kara and Anders and now I'm pretty worried he's not going to make it - either from the pneumonia or Leoben

Oh, DVR is TOTALLY worth it. It will revolutionize the way you watch TV. Totally awesome. And with the way things are now, you can always download eps from torrent if there is a mistake. But it doesn't happen often. This is the first glitch that wasn't caused by stupid FOX or CBS Football running over, and you just have to pay attention to when the big sports events are happening and adjust your DVR. I always have Cold Case to tape for 2 hours just to be safe because of it.
As for Lee, I kind of liked him before, but ever since the whole black market episode and his hookup with Dee...well, now I find him and Dee both pretty annoying. Which makes me a little sad because I used to like Dee.Yeah, EXACTLY. That's exactly how I feel. Yeah, I'm not really into the BSG fandom online because it's a Lee lovefest and I just don't even remotely feel it at all. A good comparison (from what I've seen) is that it's like the Logan/Jason love in the VM fandom. Me? I can't fathom it, but to each their own

Really? I mean, I think Jamie Bamber's a good-looking guy but it's hard to imagine his character inspiring that much devotion. Huh.
I was talking with my BFF and she was oohing and aahing over James Lafferty (of One Tree Hill) and I just do not get it at all. He's mildly good-looking, but she just gushes and I don't get it.I don't watch the show so I had to look him up. Good-looking guy, but the pictures aren't really jumping out at me. I know for me, personally, some actors who maybe aren't the best-looking, can grab me so much with their peformance or their voice (I have a thing for voices) that they don't even need to score very high on the good-
