Just as an FYI, even using the Open ID, the DW page told me I was not allowed to post any comments unless I had a DW account, which is not really something I want to do, so I hope you will continue to keep this account. :) Just sayin'...

I *think* this may be a temporary problem. DW said something a few days ago about problems with crosspostings, and I think comments were part of it. I'll investigate.

That's really sad about the signs...and yes, that sense of community is truly fragile, but, with most it will not be breakable!
