Haha you know those fake flowers are going down. When they were on my desk I was prying him out of them at least once a day. Needless to say, they found a new home (the flowers, not the cat).

He can be quite photogenic... and then sometimes he looks like that *points to icon*. He's my sweetie though.

That is because black cats are the best! Seriously Santino has the quirkiest personality of any cat I've ever had. He's a handful, but he's my baby lol.

of course mine aren't really true black. in the sun they're brown, is yours like that too?

i really love cats. i just do. i grew up with them. the ones i have right now are litter mates and look pretty similar, so i feel like a mother of twins in that only *I* can tell them apart lol. my mom always mistakes one for the other!

Yeah, in the sun he's definitely more brown than black. His tummy especially. And then he has tufts of fur under his front legs (I call his armpit fluff) that is lighter still. I only have the one cat but my roommate has a female black cat. I don't think anyone would mix them up. Sophie's a tiny slip of a shorthair kitty and Santino is a 13 pound cat with loads of fluff. They're not quite friends yet...
